1956 Omega "Seachero"
$4,950.00Price
The ever elusive "Seachero" was Omega's desperate money grab to save the Ranchero line of watches. The Ranchero was released in the mid 50s, and to no applause. So, rather than stop production of the Ranchero, Omega decided to switch the name "Ranchero" with "Seamaster". Of course, this helped quite a bit. This particular example, from 1956, has been preserved absolutely perfectly. The original radium on the broad arrow hands and markers have patinated into an absolutely gorgeous orange color which matches perfectly on the leather strap. There isn't much to say about this model other than it may be the perfect watch. Dress it up. Dress it down. It doesn’t matter. It'll shine on your wrist no matter how it's accompanied.
