1990s Cartier Santos Galbee

The legendary Santos model has been a flagship fixture of Cartier; a model created in response to the Genta-inspired creations of the 70s. Wearing surprisingly beautiful on the wrist with a 29mm diameter , the Santos, though largely unchanged from the 70s, is a timeless classic.
 
This particular example, a reference 187901, in it's two-tone glory, is truly stunning. The off-white, ever so slightly salmon tinted dial matches wonderfully with the blue hands. The quickset date function performs flawlessly. The original, distinctly Santos bracelet is in great condition, able to fit a 7" (17.75 cm) wrist. The case remains in splendid condition along with the original, heralded sapphire studded crown. This is surely a magical example of the Santos Galbee, ready for it's lucky next owner.
